If you love smoked food, with this smoker you will be able to quickly and easily smoke food in your kitchen. From salmon to ribs, to cheese, vegetables and nuts this electric smoker will not disappoint and works faster than traditional smoking methods.
With a 9.5 litre capacity, you can choose to Hot Smoke, Cold Smoke or Combine Smoke.
Hot smoking cooks the food as it is being smoked and can tenderise a tough cut of meat. The smoker will reach a temperature of 248°F.
Cold smoking smokes food that is already cooked or that will be cooked later. In this instance, the temperature of the smoker is 140°F. The possibilities for cold smoking are unlimited.
The final option, combines hot and cold smoking. The food is cold smoked first to permeate with smoky flavour and then hot smokes to cook and seal. This method is recommended for larger cuts of meat.
Comprising a cooking/smoking pot, three tier rack and charring cup with lid. It is simply a case of placing wood chips around the element in the charring cup, add the base rack and place food on the rack(s), put the lid on, select which method of smoking you want to use and set the timer. When the cooking/smoking time has elapsed, 3 beeps will sound and the smoker will turn off.
The control panel is easy to use, with an LED display. The timer increases by a minute at a time, to a maximum of 4 hours and by holding the timer button in it will increment rapidly. The power cord is just 36” long, to reduce the risk of entanglement or tripping.

Good smoker
06 May 2020 by: John MacDonaldThis is a good smoker tried it for the first time today was a bit unsure weather to try it in the house or the shed but took a chance and used it in the house beside an open window, didn't need to worry as the smoke it emits is minimal, I would recommend this to anyone who likes smoked food.
Excellent Smoker
21 February 2019 by: TenladI'd been searching for an effective indoor smoker specifically to smoke nuts with for a long time without success when I found this one, and it looked as though it would do the job for a reasonable price. I've not been disappointed. There aren't many guides to smoking nuts out there, but it took just a couple of goes to work out how to smoke them to my taste, and although I smoke in fairly small batches (typically 500g), it has the capacity and racks to do much larger quantities. It's well designed, easy to use and effective, and I reckon that it will have paid for itself in around 3-4 months compared with buying pre-smoked nuts.
Brilliant albeit a little smoky

This product is advertised as indoor smoker but would strongly advise if using it inside to ensure good air flow out of the kitchen as it does let smoke and smoke smell out. But don’t let that out you off, it is a brilliant bit of kit. Have cooked ribs in it and they were nicest I have ever made. The meat fell off the bones, was still moist but a lot of the fat had melted off during the cook time. Hot smoked salmon is fantastic, smoked almonds and mixed nuts are out of this world and I am currently cooking/smoking 2 medium chickens in it as we speak. I have smoked one lot of bacon and it came fantastic as well. If I was asked how to improve it I would say a second seal that went over the edge of the lid and around the outside would help reduce the smoke loss into the kitchen, or maybe a pressure cooker style locking lid. But as said as long as you have the window open or under an extra for fan you will be okay.
