Experienced BBQ chefs will use ‘Smoke it All’ to create new tastes and flavours to impress their guests, without going to the expense of buying a smoker oven. Whilst people new to barbequing, will find these easy to experiment with and inexpensive.
Ideally used on a BBQ or grill with a lid, however, on an open grill it will still add lots of smoky flavour.
How to Use:
When the grill has got up to 200 – 250c, remove the plastic seal completely. Place the smoker, either directly onto the hot coals or on the grill rack. Close the lid on the BBQ and wait until the smoke is going well. Open the lid and place the food onto the grill. Close the lid. The smoking takes approx. 23-30 mins with indirect heat.
Sometimes, in a gas BBQ, it can develop flames if it gets too hot. Simply sprinkle some water onto the smoke tray before putting it on the coals or grill.
