The supplied 12” thermometer will tell you when the oil is at the right temperature to add the bird. Simply place the turkey on the poultry rack, slowly lower it into the pot and replace the lid. Depending on the size of the bird, your whole turkey could be fully cooked and ready to eat in as little as 45 minutes.
The aluminium pot with lid ensures the hot oil circulates efficiently around the bird for evenly-cooked meat, while a marinade injector allows the cook to decide just how much flavour to add. Once the time is up simply take the poultry rack using the grab hook and raise the meat out of the pot. Allow the excess oil to drip into the stockpot before transferring the bird to a pan or plate.
