The ingenious Deluxe BeeRoaster from Camerons Products provides you with a simple, mess-free method of using beer, wine or juice to add taste and flavour to your chicken and other poultry dishes. This handy piece of equipment also provides space for vegetables and sides, allowing everything to be roasted together in one place.
This stainless steel deluxe beer roaster is formed of a deep pan with a vertical tube in the centre down which beer or juice is poured. Poultry is then slid vertically onto the tube to be cooked vertically, whilst vegetables can be placed on the pan itself to roast. In addition to the vegetables, potatoes, sweet potatoes or corn can be placed on the spikes at the side of the dish. A whole meal can be cooked to perfection on this clever beer roaster.
Most commonly used with chicken, this Deluxe BeeRoaster can also be used to cook turkey, duck or other poultry meats to tender perfection. The vertical roasting capability reduces fat whilst retaining moisture. This means that your meat will be more nutritious and tastier.
