The double version of our popular Burger Press, with ejector. Ideal for those who wish to make larger batches of burgers as it will cut your time in half. Perhaps you want to make a number of burgers to freeze ready for hot summer evenings - this double burger press is just what you need. Use for all sorts of burgers from standard beef or pork to more adventurous venison or spiced vegetable burgers.
Why not make your burgers that little bit more interesting by filling them with cheese or jalapeños depending on your taste? Use your double burger press to make two thin burgers then add a filling between them and compact together. A normal burger on the outside but bite into it and WOW!
With such a large range of burger recipes to choose from, you could be kept busy trying them all out. How about a chorizo burger topped with feta and caramelised onions? Or spicy carrot burgers? Or have a super heathy burger using just turkey mince and fresh herbs - tasty but guilt free.
Simple to use, just add a ball of your favourite burger mixture to the press and close the lid. With the lid closed, press the ejector button to compress the patty then release. Raise the lid and press the ejector button again to remove the patty from the press with ease. Done. Perfect patties every time which never fall apart on the grill.
Makes burger patties 11cm in diameter. Alter the thickness of your patties by simply turning the adjustment screw clockwise or anti-clockwise.
When you have finished, the press can be dismantled easily for thorough cleaning.
